Black Keys Drop 12″ Vinyl Single On Record Store Day

On Record Store Day this Saturday Akron’s Black Keys will release a 12-inch vinyl single with two tracks, “Tighten Up” and “Howlin’ for You,” from the duo’s album, Brother, out May 18. Brian “Danger Mouse” Burton produced “Tighten Up.” The band produced the rest of the album.

Sub Pop Announces Six Record Store Day Exclusives

Sub Pop plans six indie-store exclusive releases in support of Record Store Day. The Album Leaf and Beach House both drop limited-edition 12-inch singles into stores, while CocoRosie, Soundgarden and Happy Birthday show their support for the mom and pops with 7-inch singles. All turn up April 17.
