A new vinyl pressing of Helmet‘s Strap It On is now on course for a July 26 release through ORW.

Helmet have made some slight adjustments to their upcoming touring plans. They include a March 15 headlining show at Club Red in Tempe, AZ and an April 4 San Diego, CA stop of the “Metalliance Tour” at the Brick By Brick.

The “Metalliance Tour,” which will feature Helmet, Saint Vitus and Crowbar will offer additional support bands at each stop. Rumors of the additional support include Intronaut, Howl and The Atlas Moth. I’m stoked already.

Helmet, Saint Vitus, and Crowbar will be touring together from March 17 until April 5th.  Not sure of the routing yet.  The best part though, is that Helmet will be performing their 1992 classic Meantime in its entirety.  I’m so there.
