Conor Oberst is once again setting aside his Bright Eyes banner to release another LP with his new crew, the Mystic Valley Band. Dubbed Outer South, this follow-up to the man/boy’s 2008 self-titled effort will head our way May 5 via Merge and boast 16 new tracks of Gram Parsons-styled folkiness.
